The creator and coder (Cinergi) is also
responsible for most of the work done on the Q3 mod, Requiem, available at www.reqoning.com.
When I first played TA, I loved it. As time went
by, I noticed some very irritating things like people flooding everyone with
voice taunts, or being unable to set the server to allow some votes but not
others. So, I decided to create this mod. My goal for this mod is for
ultimate configurability, and some nifty addon features, all while
maintaining a SERVERSIDE-ONLY status
